We provide a comprehensive service geared to the needs of corporate Clients where the combination of our experience and competitiveness can be utilised to maximum advantage.
We have a highly motivated team of surveyors which enables us to respond rapidly to any instruction, irrespective of size or location. Each member of the Building Surveying team is RICS qualified and has more than 30 years practical experience in the construction field, gained from past employment with top West End surveying practices.
We are also used to working closely with other property and associated professions, providing us with experience of and insight into the mechanics of the market. We provide positive, objective advice tailored to Clients’ requirements, dovetailed with that received from other professional sources.
The Practice has pioneered video building surveying techniques for reporting on portfolio properties including some 107 hotels throughout the UK, developed a user friendly Planned Maintenance database to assist clients with forward planning and monitoring the condition of their portfolios. This has led to instructions for major repair and restoration projects in order to mitigate clients’ dilapidation liabilities.
