External Refurbishment
Our initial instructions were to provide a detailed Planned Maintenance Report covering all internal and external elements of the building as well as the service installations.
As a consequence of our report, our clients embarked on a planned refurbishment programme restoring pre-determined and costed areas to suit their budgets.
The works completed to date include the refurbishment of the tower glazing, low level elevations and roof works at high and low levels.
