Defects Diagnosis and Repairs
Our instructions were to inspect and report on the deterioration of the modular panels enclosing the elevations in order to advise on the remedial works required and future life expectancy of the material.
A specialist repair contractor was instructed to undertake the short term repairs with our on-going involvement to determine the re-cladding proposals and enhancement works to upgrade the thermal insulation of the hotel.
