Acting for one of our Portfolio clients we were instructed to manage the asbestos removal to this high rise office building. The scope of our services included the selection process of the Asbestos Consultant, tendering the works required and selection of the specialist contractor and liaising with the tenants consultants to ensure the project was effectively completed to all parties satisfaction.
